Pill Administration: You'll be given the first pill, mifepristone, during your visit at the clinic. This pill works to block a hormone needed to sustain the pregnancy and is typically taken under supervision at the clinic.

Second Medication and Instructions: You'll be provided with the second medication, misoprostol. Typically, this is taken within 24 to 48 hours after the first pill.
